Her interests include feminism, veganism, 19th-century literature, music, and wrestling, all of which end up in her writing at some point. Her senior thesis, “‘No Generous Mind Delights to Oppress the Weak’: Anne Brontë as a 19th-Century Progressive,” earned her a summer research fellowship, giving her the opportunity to do hands-on literary research in New York City.
