Sarah Ashley has a passion for the holistic approach to a healthy living, whether that be for skin, hair, body or mind. She received her B.A. in Studio Arts at California State University of Channel Islands and is currently working to become a Registered Yoga Instructor. Self-care and wellness has always been familiar to Sarah, as she shares her journey and tips that have worked for her to others in achieving her 33 inches of hair. She has created her first 6-week hair-course regimen in collaboration with Henna Sooq, The Ayurvedic Method to Waist Length Hair, and plans on creating more courses in the future.
