She graduated from Long Island Beauty School in 2008, shortly after winning 2nd place in a Long Island Updo competition which consisted of 200 students! It was there that she was offered a job from an extremely talented stylist, salon owner, and educationalists for Big Sexy Hair. She was also very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some of the top leading brands in the beauty industry like Goldwell, Redken, L’Oreal, & Paul Mitchell.
