Fallon is a Miami based stylist, colorist and blonde specialist. Fallon received her hairdressing training in Sydney, Australia and after completing her four-year apprenticeship in one of Sydney’s most notable salons, graduated top of her class. Fallon was recruited by L’Oreal to spearhead their creative style team for Sydney Fashion Week. It was while working backstage on various fashion shows for clients such as Lancome, Alex Perry and Josh Goot that Fallon discovered a love for leading a team and was asked to join the L’Oreal Professionnel team as a part-time educator. Fallon taught her unique “Flat Foiling Technique” at the L’Oreal Academy, as well as advanced color correction, and was selected to be on the Sydney team that helped launch the new “L’Oreal studio 9” Lightening paste. Once in the United States, Fallon worked backstage as a creative director for various shows such as Oscar de La Renta and Sports Illustrated. Fallon opened two salons in Miami, but after tackling the complexities of salon ownership and not loving that it took her away from her true passion, her clients, decided to close her salons and focus on her clients and work as a colorist, behind the chair, at Atma Beauty in Miami Beach.
