Being a hair colorist with natural curls herself, Lily was always fascinated by wavy & curly hair & has a passion for making her clients curls look their best. After many conversations in the salon, she realized clients were often bored with their hair & craving a change beyond just another cut or color. Lily's idea of a semi-permanent perm was created; a softer, more believable version of the 80s trend. After spending months searching for the perfect ammonia-free products and perfecting her modern perming techniques, #THENEWWAVE & #THENEWCURL were born.
